2010 Taylormade R9 FCT Sleeves revealed!!!!!!!!

So as I have been saying on my blog since September, Taylormade will be launching all new FCT sleeves for the year 2010. I had them with me since september but was unable to leak pictures, because I 'promised'. Taylormade are doing whatever they can to keep the fans in suspense.

Now, its already 1st Jan 2010, I have to think that you guys have waited long enough. I am revealing the pictures to you guys. I am even putting up a link for sale. I have a handful of these and those of you who wants to be the lucky few to try these and put it into play before the rest of the public does, you can buy it. I will ship out immediately. You can buy it here

Difference between new FCT and old FCT:
1) cosmetic differences
2) new sleeves are lighter than the old sleeves - which promotes a faster swing speed
3) It is also said that the new sleeves are much tighter. It does not loosen up easilly.

There will be 8 types of sleeves for these new sleeves. To tell them apart, look at the number on top of the sleeve.

Numbers 2,3,4,5 are .350 sized
Numbers 6,7,8,9 are TP .335 sized

Numbers 2 and 6 are adjustable in 1.5 degree loft
Numbers 3 and 7 are adjustable in 1 degree loft
Numbers 4 and 8 are adjustable in 0.5 degree loft
Numbers 5 and 9 are adjustable in 0 degree loft

The new sleeves can be used on your old R9 drivers, fairway woods, R9 460, R9 Max, R9 Max Type E. I have tested it out. Of course, you can also use it on the new R9 Supertri driver set to be launched in Feb/March 2010.
You CAN use your old FCT sleeves on the new R9 Supertri drivers too (but you are highly recommended to make the switch to this lighter sleeve which also tightens up better).

As with anything, there will be fakes. The traits of genuine FCT sleeves are pretty much the same on these new sleeves. Look out for a red printed number on top of the sleeve, the inside of the shaft sleeve capacity should be matt grey, not shiny grey, the 'teeth' of the FCT sleeves should show fine lines, the top of the shaft sleeve should have very fine circular lines.
