This looks delicious....its a good blend of the R9 and the Superquad, 3 weight ports (1g-16g-1g), with a very cool all black finish!

R9 Supertri Driver revealed
Look what's cooking! The Taylormade R9 Supertri driver, set to be released in March 2010. Interested to put it in your bag now????
Be very careful though, seems like there are already some china fakes. Found this china photo on the internet, notice the difference? I drew 2 blue boxes on the picture:

I am sorry, my mistake. I previously mentioned that the old R9 sleeves cannot be used with this head. Thats my bad....the old R9 sleeves CAN be used on this new Supertri. This is good news to some of you who already have the R9 and do not want to go around the hassle of changing tips.
ReplyDeleteHowever, you are encouraged to try the new 2010 sleeves be it with the old R9 heads or with the new supertri. The lighter 2010 sleeves increases swingspeed and tightens up much better than the old sleeves. These new sleeves were made based on your feedback on the old sleeves....so it will be better.
